Prices

The prices shown are in euros, including VAT, valid for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and other EU countries. For countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, VAT will not be applied.


Prices may be modified at any time; however, prices for already processed orders pending shipment will be honored, except in cases of changes in the tax rate according to law, in which case the customer will be informed.

About Used Spare Part Photos

The photographs of used parts are for reference. If, at the time of receiving an order, any of the used parts we have at that moment are in a worse condition than the sample photo, a photo of that specific part will be sent to the customer before shipping.

Payment Methods for Spain

Accepted payment methods are credit card, PayPal, standard bank transfer, and cash on delivery (the latter only for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and only for orders under 200 euros including VAT. This payment method carries a surcharge of 3.50 euros).
For orders of new original YAMAHA or BMW spare parts that we do not have in stock, CASH ON DELIVERY IS NOT ACCEPTED REGARDLESS OF THE ORDER AMOUNT.
In the case of standard bank transfer, once the order is received, an email will be sent with the account number. No order will be shipped until the amount is confirmed in the account. All costs derived from the transfer are at the buyer’s expense.

Payment Methods for International Customers

Accepted payment methods for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE EU are PayPal, credit card, and standard bank transfer.

Accepted payment methods for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU are PayPal and standard bank transfer.

In the case of standard bank transfer, once the order is received, an email will be sent with the account number. No order will be shipped until the amount is confirmed in the account. All costs derived from the transfer are at the buyer’s expense.

Shipments for Spain

Shipments for Spain (excluding Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands) and mainland Portugal are made with Nacex (delivery within 24/48 business hours from the moment the order leaves our facilities, in the case of the Peninsula, and 48/72 business hours in the case of the Balearic Islands), depending on the order weight. When processing the order and before finalizing it, the shipping cost will appear. Shipping costs for orders weighing less than 2 kilos are 7 euros, and from there, there is a scale of shipping costs based on weight.

The order will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible once payment is made, for products in stock.

Motorcycles, batteries, aerosols, oils, or any type of liquid are not shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, we use certified mail, and all expenses derived from customs and other taxes at destination are borne by the buyer, which are not included in the shipping price. The transit time is about 7 or 8 business days from when we make the shipment.

International Shipments

International shipments are accepted to EU countries, some European countries outside the EU, the United States, Canada, and certain South American countries; please consult us.

For shipments to European Union countries, International Certified Mail is used (cost depending on the weight and dimensions of the product), with a transit time of 6-8 business days.

For shipments outside the European Union, the shipment will also be made by Certified Mail service for products weighing no more than 5 kg.
The shipping price includes customs clearance in Spain. All expenses derived from customs and other taxes in the destination country will be borne by the buyer.


Motorcycles, batteries, oils, other types of liquids, or aerosols are not shipped outside mainland Spain.

Order Finalization

Once an order is placed through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email and, if applicable, information about payment details if you have chosen the regular bank transfer option. Subsequently, depending on the payment method used, you will be informed about the order status. The order will be shipped if stock is available, or it will be put on hold pending the receipt of products, and the customer will be informed of the expected stock reception date.

In the case of an order with multiple products where some are out of stock, the customer will be consulted beforehand, as only complete orders are shipped. If the customer wishes to split the order, it would incur as many shipping costs as shipments made.

If the order cannot be shipped within 30 days, the customer can cancel it if desired, and the paid amount will be refunded.

If an order is received and cannot be fully processed and shipped due to pending payment, the order will be canceled after 7 business days from its receipt if the customer has not expressed their intention to pay after we have communicated the need for payment to avoid cancellation.

RETURNS

According to current legislation applicable to distance sales, the User can exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen business days after the order receipt date, being responsible for the return shipping costs. The user will be provided with a return document to accompany the merchandise, and AVIASCAN CONSULTING S.L will refund the order amount within a maximum period of 30 days, provided that upon receipt of the return, it is verified that the product is the one originally sent and has not been used or manipulated. This applies to sales made in Spain.
In case the product arrives with damaged packaging (the damage must be noted on the transport delivery note), and this affects the product quality, the User must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then proceed to send a new unit at no cost and retrieve the first shipment also at no cost, applying this to sales made in Spain.

For sales made outside Spain, for both cases (withdrawal and poor packaging conditions), the order amount will be refunded, AVIASCAN CONSULTING S.L will contact the customer to manage the product return method and the refund once the product’s condition has been verified.

Returns of manuals are not accepted to prevent possible actions contrary to the Intellectual Property Law in force in Spain by any purchaser.

The second-hand electrical material for XT350, XT600, and BMW is tested on one of our motorcycles to verify its correct operation and marked before sale. Therefore, if the material, when installed on the customer’s motorcycle, does not work, it is not attributable to our product, and the fault will be found elsewhere in the electrical system, hence the importance of fault diagnosis by the end customer or workshop. If said failure leads to the unusability of the purchased product that was working correctly, we cannot be held responsible for a misdiagnosis.

GUARANTEE

According to current legislation on guarantees in consumer goods sales, our second-hand products, parts, and accessories have a one-year warranty. All products have been subjected to review and verification before being sold, so the User initially has the assurance that they are buying merchandise in perfect condition. If during the first six months (excluding the first fourteen business days of withdrawal) a defect in the part’s operation is observed, according to the law, Motos fma will proceed to repair it, not replace it with a new one (shipping costs will be borne by the buyer), and if repair is not possible, the contract between the parties will be terminated, returning the paid amount.
After the first six months, and up to one year, the User must demonstrate that the fault is due to an original defect and not to misuse or improper handling in order for the procedure described above to be applied. Our parts are marked to verify if there has been any type of manipulation that could void the application of this warranty.
In both cases, the purchase invoice must be presented to address any claim.
For new products, the warranty is two years, following the same replacement criteria, except for products from La Piecería.
In the case of products from La Piecería, for new (unused) items, many are references that are no longer in the manufacturer’s catalog and new units cannot be obtained for replacement. In such cases, the money will be refunded as long as it is verified that the part has not been tampered with or misused. And in the case of a product that is still in the manufacturer’s catalog, coming from a closing stock, we could not supply another unit at the offer price, but at the usual list price if the customer wishes, or refund the amount paid.
For used items from La Piecería, the amount paid will be refunded if the part failure is confirmed.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. AVIASCAN CONSULTING S.L. and the users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any dispute that may arise from the access or use of the website. In the event that the user has their domicile outside of Spain, AVIASCAN CONSULTING S.L. and the user submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
